Cloud Engineer - AWS and Azure Expert

In this permanent position within our dynamic tech services team, you will be integral in managing and developing our cloud infrastructure in a fast-paced environment that embraces the latest technologies. - At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a comparable position in the tech services field. - Demonstrated expertise with SQL engine, Teradata, Linux, Bash, C/C++, automation, deployment, CI/CD practices, and DevOps methodologies. - Strong comprehension of cloud computing technologies, business trends, and industry best practices. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a talent for addressing intricate cloud-related challenges. - Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications and services. - In-depth knowledge of automation tools and strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences. - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline is preferred; professional certifications are advantageous. - Design, implement, and manage the cloud infrastructure in accordance with company requirements and industry best practices. - Develop and deploy cloud-based applications and services utilizing SQL engine, Teradata, Linux, Bash, C/C++, along with other relevant technologies. - Automate processes to boost efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the cloud infrastructure. - Lead continuous integration and continuous deployment initiatives to enhance the development process and increase productivity. - Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth integration of cloud services with existing systems and applications. - Troubleshoot and swiftly resolve cloud-related issues to reduce downtime and ensure high availability. - Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in cloud technologies to incorporate them into our infrastructure when suitable. - Prepare comprehensive reports on the status, performance, and capacity of the cloud infrastructure for the management team.
