- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Masters Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Over 15 years of relevant experience.
- Broad knowledge of specialized areas and a complete understanding of related disciplines.
- Significant experience with software and platform engineering concepts, methodologies, and current development languages.
- Expertise in technical applications/languages, information technology, or specialized engineering methods.
- Extensive experience in Platform Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Cloud Engineering (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficient in scripting languages for automation tasks (Python, Bash).
- In-depth experience with configuration management tools.
- Comprehensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Pega Platform 24.1.

- Analyze intricate data sets, develop technical conclusions, and assess the potential relevance of recommendations.
- Ideate, plan, and investigate final technology solutions/products to drive development to completion.
- Develop, code, test, debug, and document advanced platforms to meet set objectives.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of database systems.
- Align organizational resources with client needs, oversee network performance, and troubleshoot network issues.
- Analyze, design, implement, operate, deploy, and provide support for IT resources, including hardware, operating systems, communications, software applications, data processing, and security.
- Spearhead cross-organizational initiatives to standardize technical practices and improve platform resilience.
- Troubleshoot issues, communicate statuses, findings, and technical results; make recommendations and ensure adherence to compliance and communication protocols.
- Upgrade network hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment.
- Lead the development and enhancement of practices, procedures, and guidelines.
- Drive complex technical projects and initiatives that have a significant impact on the organization.
- Act as the primary technical resource for team members; mentor and guide junior staff on innovative techniques and strategies.
- Create and maintain infrastructure that facilitates application development, such as CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide frameworks, libraries, and tools to standardize development and operational processes.
- Manage cloud services, container orchestration, and virtualization.
- Enhance platform reliability, scalability, and automation.
- Enable developers to concentrate on application building by abstracting complex tasks.
